There is the simple matter of having a good look at acknowledged strengths & ignored weakness...

That's where I start with my clients - to understand the patterns affecting the way we operate.

To recognize which patterns could hold us back.

Then we could create new patterns to drive our coaching or consulting or instructing business to connect better with clients happy to pay for our value.

Incisive AND Decisive

Sometimes, I just have to defeat myself.

That voice in my head... it's just relentless.

Full of limiting beliefs & decisions.

Grown & nurtured over time.

I've got to be disciplined every day, just to let moments like that pass...

Ignore the vortex & let it run out of steam...

And then...

I can see what I want...

My value is clear.

I'm absolutely clear about who I can help.

Who wants my help.

It's all about letting them know where they can find you...

To fix exactly what it is that ails them...

I get a real buzz out of helping people...

And it's hard not to want to help everyone.

But when my head's stuck in all the marketing & I'm not doing any coaching...

It's not a good strategy.

Because, I want to coach...

Not get stuck in marketing & algorithms & all that tech stuff...

I want more time to recharge so I've got more energy for my clients.

Because I'm using a more effective way to book valuable clients - happy to pay well for helping them.

Once I focused on coaching, the value of my work started to drive the growth of my business.

Emotional Neutrality

I've taken the hits.

Rolled with the punches.

Been through some tough moments & survived.

Now I realize bad times cycle back into good times...

And I can use my capacity...

To detach myself emotionally from any situation.

And that tuning made my focus sharp as razor's edge...

This is how I stretch myself...

Finding the right balance any where I go...

Satisfied Certainty

When I arrowed in on my message, things changed slowly...

Like watching a trickle grow into a stream...

Flowing & growing.

But it was just enough.

Because that's how I got my balance back...
